Fantastic
My wife and I enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. The fish in the combination Sushi/Shashimi platter was fresh and the pieces were extremely large. The soft shell crabs were extremely meaty and done just right. We'll definitely be back.

obsessed
I am OBSESSED with Fuji San. BY far the best sushi I've ever had and I have eaten it far a wide. No matter where I eat sushi I always end up wishing I was back at Fuji San. The service is amazing and they love their regulars. The food is fresh, delicious, and reasonable. Try the summer roll, its amazing.

Best kept secret in NE Philly
Amazing place, terrific food, always pleasant and quick service. I know each server by name and I am afraid the reviewer below may be embelishing a bit about "being screamed at". I've had my order mixed up once and when they sent the right one, they left the "wrong" one on my table free of charge. I'm not the one to turn down free sushi, even if it isn't what I ordered - so, that was a welcome mistake :) Anyway, check it out for yourself - it's a terrific little place and definitely much better than any sushi place I've visited in NE Philly or surrounding areas.

poor service
I used to LOVE this place, I even posted a review here previously raving about it, but last time I ordered the service was so poor I don't think I'll ever eat here again. First off, I am a regular and always order the same thing pretty much. Last time I ordered my meal and upon receiving it saw that they gave me the wrong thing (fish sushi dinner instead of vegetable sushi dinner, I am vegan and obviously can not eat what I received) and after calling them to ask if I could exchange it for what I ordered, I was subsequently screamed at for 5 minutes straight because they don't keep track of their orders and didn't know what mine was and also I "should have spoken up and my order wouldn't be wrong". So I spent 30 dollars to receive food I can't eat and be harassed. Lovely

Best in NE Philly
My husband and I love to come here. The food is great and the service is even better. The atmosphere is very intimate and inviting. This is the best sushi restaurant Northeast Philly has to offer.

Love this place!
Love this place! Been to a ton of sushi places in and around the city and this is by far my favorite. The food is delicious, service great and atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. Valentine Roll is a must!

Diamond in the Ruff Sushi Joint
Love this place. Just found it about two months ago but have been the 3 or 4 times alredy. Its a nice quiet place to enjoy your favorite sushi. Plus they have Bento boxes. I really love them. Great place to go for a first date. Also do not leave untill you've had the tempora fried bannana with red bean ice cream. Its to die for. Dont forget to have a japanese beer and some saki.
