Fresh seafood
I have been to many seafood restaurants, but Gallo's by far has the freshest and most delicious seafood around. Try the lump crab cakes and the stuffed shrimp with lump crab meat and you will never want to go anywhere else. The crab cake is all lump crab meat. I have never had one better anywhere and Gallo's is so clean compared to other restaurants. I go there at least once a week.

Showers
I had my baby shower there in the private room & I've also eaten in the resturant, both experiences were wonderful, They did an awesome job hosting my baby shower,the servers couldn't have been nicer, & the food was very good.since my experience was so great. I had my son's christening luncheon there as well. Now we're having my sister's baby shower here. I wouldn't pick any other place for having a party or just a great lunch/dinner.

rock steady
The food here is very consistent, which shows that the owner is on top of things. A friend of mine from Hawaii went to dinner here with me and loved the shrimp scampi. I had linguini and clams, which put 99 % of the other versions I have had to shame. It was real good. One of the last places to have oyster crackers and horseradish on the table. Loads of repeat customers. Most consistent food in the NE area. Fresh seafood served simply.

Go To Restaurant For Family Events
Gallo's has great seafood choices and very good sides to go with their entrees (Try the Fried Eggplant). This is our "go-to" restaurant for family birthdays. The prices are moderate to high. I recommend the blackened Swordfish or (if it's on the menu) Tilapa in a Bag, which is a mix of fish, mussells, scallops and crabmeat all in in one dish. If you like drinks too, they serve a stiff Cosmo. Enjoy!
