    Great for dine in

The basic fast food is okay such as the burgers and pizza but you should really try the pastas. They have lunch specials in which dishes are about half off if you dine in. The pasta is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

    My All Time Favorite Restaurant

Love everything about Gino's - the appetizers, salads, soups, entrees and desserts. Warm, friendly service. Very relaxing, friendly and home-like environs. Five stars!

    Just another Poser!!

Pretentious and belongs in Center City with the other pretentious places. Firstly; the food is not authentic Italian. I ate there this evening and had a $16.00, way overpriced Veal Parm. The veal was the size of a teacup saucer. The sauce was a step above canned. It was acidy and uneventful. The sides were only 2. Overcooked potato chunks and mush medley of vegetables. I opted for the once again overcooked penne covered in more uneventful sauce. Salad had semi-wilted lettuce and you could break your teeth on the day old bread. I was really disappointed! I have read good things about this place and gave it a whirl, but boy what a let down. I've heard that there pizza is very good. Unfortunately many Philadelphian Italians think just because they make a good pizza, they can run a restaurant as well. Sorry Gino's. I'm not trying to be mean but you really need to step it up! The best part of the meal was that I didn't have to pay. My friend did.

    Italian Meal

The food was excellent. I went with the Ziti Vodka, and it was made to perfection. I was impressed by the low prices and the great family atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming. Make sure to go here!

    My favorite for years!

I have been ordering and dining at Gino's since I was a young girl. I went from frequenting with my parents, grabbing lunch with friends, and now my boyfriend and I honestly order take out once a week. If you're looking for a "real meal" their entrees are amazing, or if you're looking for some bar fare this is the place to go. Their pizza is my favorite in the neighborhood, their salads are great, cheesesteaks too. Have to recommend penne vodka, shrimp Fra diavlo, and chicken picatta. Those are some of my many favorites. I enjoy dining there too, you are almost always going to run into someone you know, the waitresses are friendly, and the food is enough to make you want to come back all the time! Thumbs up to my favorite neighborhood spot! Wish they would open on Sunday's!! :)
