Delivery
Ordered food from here, they said it was gonna take 45 mins. Took an hour and a half. By the time it came everything was cold. Called to speak to a manager but the girl at the front said he wasn't available. This isnt the first time this has happened. I should have learned my lesson from the first time. Needless to say I'm never ordering from here again.

Best all-around place for delivery
Have been ordering from Glenside Pizza for about 5 years now off and on. It's my go-to place when ordering delivery. Food is usually quite good, better than most. There is only one local place that has better pizza, but that place's service is not consistent (and only the pizza itself is better) so I usually go with Glenside. They are reliable and have good customer service when you call in. Very easy to deal with... I recommend.

Food ok sometimes
I been ordering from here about 3 or 4 times a month.The last several times i ordered the food was either cold or soaked in grease it look like something they got out of a body shop.So i called and talked to a mgr. he told me we where really busy and he would send out new food, well the second time around was no better.it shouldn't matter if you where busy you just don't send food out that way.because if you want the bussiness keep coming take the time to do it right the first,and their will be no problem.and if it is the cook rushing to get food out then he need's to go.

cole slaw problem
The only problem I have with this restaurant is their cole slaw. It's the poorest cole slaw I've ever eaten. One taste and I had to throw it out!

Extra Charges? Really?
My only real complaint is that they charged me $1.40 per topping on my SMALL stromboli. I could have got the same thing, and probably better, it was just closer to queen chinese for my wife, at the pizza box for cheaper. But a small steak and cheese stromboli with peppers and mushrooms cost me $12.03. I find that a little redonkulous.

Very Disappointed
We have ordered from Glenside Pizza for years, we order weekly sometimes twice a week. We have never had a problem. I ordered a half cheese half buffalo chicken pizza and the pizza looked unappealing, the buffalo sauce was running of the pizza the chicken was thrown over the pizza carelessly. I couldn't even eat it. (When I called to speak to the manager he was unavailable for over an hour and a half . When I called back after be annoyed of waiting the girl who answers the phone told me that he said "If I don’t like something don’t order from Glenside again" I was very shocked by the attitude of this manager all the money we give him weekly how dare he say this. Glenside pizza has poor customer service and careless process in making their food. I will order from some place else next time before I even think of Glenside Pizza. If anyone asks me about Glenside Pizza I will refer them to another pizza shop. Never Again Will I Eat From Glenside Pizza
