Serviceable
This is NOT fine dining or gourmet. Maybe I just have low expectations for take-out Chinese. Yes, the woman who takes the orders on the phone is abrupt and the food is a bit greasy and has too much sauce. I have generally felt that their delivery comes in a reasonable timeframe - if not sooner than expected. If you want GOOD Chinese you are probably going to have to get off the sofa and venture out to Sang Kee, Nan Zhou, Nam Phoung, or another more well-regarded restaurant.

Best Chicken LoMein in Area
I work in the Spring Garden area, and eat here a few times each month. In my experience, their food is probably the best in this Area, I've eaten the General Cho Chicken, Fried Wings, Shrimp & Broccoli, Chicken Lo Mein (especially good!!) If looking for a place to eat in the Spring Garden St area, this is a good bet.

Poor food.
Ate there twice, one was delivery. Vegetables were undercooked, as if they hadn't even been cooked. Don't recommend eating here!

Pretty good for Chinese fastfood.
Being Chinese myself, I often compare different Chinese restaurants around the city to that of Chinatown. The flavor of their dishes are pretty genuine and no too salty. They offer a variety of great chicken and pork dishes, such as scezchuan and black bean sauce. Also, remember to go during lunch hours to get a their "lunch special", which is your pick of a side and main dish for $5.65.

Really Good Chinese Takeout
I almost gave this place a 5 for food, but caught myself. Let's be realistic here, this is just Chinese takeout and can't compare to other cuisines. That said, compared to other Chinese food I've had in the past 7 years, this place deserves 5 stars. We've only ever gotten take out, and the restaurant itself looks pretty grungy whenever I walk by. Still, the food tastes good and is reasonably priced. We definitely liked it better than Long River.
