Sashimi heaven
The Japanese trained sushi chef is extremely creative and talented. The trick is to sit at the sushi bar (and be very polite) if you want to be treated to something special and off off the menu -- providing the place is not packed. There's only one chef. Tues or Wed is usually a good time for dinner. Lunches are good to because its less crowded and you will receive more attention. The chef will create absolutely stunning sashimi/sushi dishes! If you bring a choice bottle of wine don't forget to share some with the chef. The service is so/so and the atmosphere is casual. BUT if you are looking for something creative and different this is the best authentic japanese resturant that I've found since moving to PA 20 years ago.

Top notch Japanese sushi
The best authentic Japanese style sushi in the area. Although "American" style isn't really on offer, the chef has invented a delicious and simple "Spicy, crunchy, tuna roll". The sauce is not glopped on and the "crunchy" is crisped, toasted onions made on the premises. All the food (with the exception of desserts) is made on site and is fresh and delicious.
