You're Paying For the Name
Been to one "Hard Rock," you've been to them all. I am sure visitors who never have been to a "big city" will be impressed. A lot to look at if you are Rock and Roller. Food is not the focus. The staff knows they'll never see you again and could care less. If you're here for the show, it's not bad but it's not Philly.

pricey and pushy service
When you step into the Hard Rock Cafe it looks like you stepped into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. The music is as loud as hard rock should be but a little too loud for conversation in a restaurant. The service would have been fine except I felt that my server was pushy with adding glasses and not taking no for an answer when I don't want a promo card. Their apple provolone burger was wonderful but the fries weren't seasoned. My sister got the chicken quesadilla which was a disappointment especially for the price. Great if you're a hungry tourist but for a local there are much better places around.
