Went to hawthores for mother's day. Order the hummes platter. It was the best that I ever had and I have had it from coast to coast. great service.especialy since it was mothers day and crowed. Tthe only complaint if there is one is some of the portion were a little small. there were 11 of us and wil come back again. waitress really were great, especially with the kids getting wild. really enjoyed the place.

This spot offers delectable breakfast treats that are a tad sophisticated but hearty and homey. The service was friendly and every customer is offered a cup of (very good) coffee while they wait to be seated. The decor is somewhere between quaint English and modern and the OJ is fresh squeezed and delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Hawthornes offers a fun, satisfying food experience.

Have been here a few times. When slow the service is good and the food comes out right. When busy, it all goes to hell. Food was overcooked. Server refused to bring a soup out before a sandwich. Busboy arranged a six top so that one person would have 8 inches to back their chair out before it hit me in the side. When he was noticed of the issue he made a pithy comment and walked off. I had to get up and arrange the tables so that it would work - but still not well. They seem to get the Sabrina's overflow and do not have the staff to get it done. Oh, not to mention the MR burger came out well w/ cold fries.

I just got back from Sunday brunch at Hawthorne's. We didn't have to wait because we had a party of two. The restaurant was packed, but you would never know from the level of service we received. Everything was stellar. My boyfriend ordered the french toast and I ordered an omelet. SO GOOD. We also ordered sides of bacon and sausage. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We really really loved this place.

Walked in to Hawthorne's on a cold Sunday morning. Sat by the fire drinking coffee while we waited for a table. Had the best eggs benedict I've ever had. Along with charming service, who didn't even mind filling my coffee cup up literally ten times. Adore it here. Please please go. Great little gourmet beer shop in the restaurant as well.
