My wife says she want's ribs so there we were trying a new place.We walk in the door to a peculiar smell....not sweet smell of smoke from the smoker but whatever they where using to clean up mop up with from the night before which they were doing when we arrived at 5:30 they open at 5. After trying out 3 different tables (real wobly)we sat down,the waitress begins by telling us whats not available from the menu and which beers they are out of ...NICE.We order a couple beers and a few minutes later the waitress comes back and tells us that the ribs were delivered late? and they will not be ready for an hour. We decided to leave, my wife was craving ribs that's really what we went for. After an apology from our waitress and the bill for the 2 beer's we where out the door. No visit from the manager and they should not have charged us for the beers IMO. I'ts a shame looked like they had some nice items on the menu I would have liked to try but how do you give them a second chance after that performance?? Maybe if we were at least treated better with an incentive to come back who knows, I guess there buisness is that good they don't need us.

We've gone a few times now, and enjoyed each visit. My husband says the ribs are great and I really like their catfish, brisket and rotisserie chicken. Try the conch fritters! Even on weeknights when it's a limited menu, it's been delicious and the staff has always been friendly and full of good recommendations.

The manager was unfriendly and very ignorant. When I asked him to lower the fan because the light was fluttering and giving me a headache, he first ignored my request. After reminding him, he rolled his eyes and walked away from my table. The food was also sub-par. The ribs were not good. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. It is not worth the money. there are other BBQ places in Manayunk that are better priced and have better food.

Good smoke BBQ. Have a good craft brew tap list and good music. Still seems new and has some kinks to work out in the service. Also still looks like the old place that was there before. Owner and cook staff seemed cool.

smells like the smoker as soon as you walk in the door. positively the best bbq outside my own grammas! oh the catfish is good too!
