We used Hope's Cookies for our daughter's wedding in Disney World. She did a milk and cookies bar. We spoke directly with Sherry in planning this. We ordered 19 dozen and they were made on a Thursday, shipped overnight and arrived in perfect condition on Friday. They were very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious as usual. Got so may rave reviews! We've also ordered them for tailgates and we've never been disappointed.

I have dealt with Hopes twice and will deal no more. They do not answer the phone and when you leave a message they don't get back to you for days. They would not give me a confirmation number for my order and of course it didn't arrive. It was for my daughters 21 birthday and I was extremely disappointed. I called and called and called the day it was to be delivered to only get a message. This is no way to run a business especially one that has such an expensive product.

Who cares about the cookies when you're treated poorly by the employees. I think new hires receive training in "non-customer service". I called to place an order for two dozen cookies and was told to call back b/c they were too busy.

I placed an order for 3 dozen cookies over the phone to the Bryn Mawr Hopes Cookie Store - I gave my credit card info and was to pick them up in two days. I went to the store to pick up for my paid order, and the two people who worked their tried to tell me I never placed the order, they never lose orders etc etc. after much bantering, they packaged up the cookies - mind you these cookies are approx.$1.00 each. I asked for a ribbon for the box - that will be an extra $2.00 and then they asked if I wanted a bag - when I said yes they laughed at one another and said they would not charge me for the bag. I then again paid for my cookies 3 dozen plus a $2.00 ribbon which was $35.95. When I asked about the possibility of being charged twice, they said oh, come back with your receipt and we will take a look at it.......................Of course, when I checked my bank statement I was indeed charged twice for the cookies, I have emailed them about the problem, but have heard nothing yet. They are good cookies, but worth a buck a piece and then to have such poor customer service ...........definitely not worth it!
