The food at Imperial is delicious w/ service being fair. The big drawback is the bathrooms are "funky" the carpet, walls table needed to be updated in the 90's! But it seems I've been going to Imperial since they were located at the corner in the 70's and had 2 locations overlook the "schmutz" as I think the food is the best (slightly Americanized) in town.

I can't believe there are not more reviews on this restaurant so I want to up date. I work in Center City and purchase lunch at Imperial Inn on many occasions. Food is always fresh, hot and prepared very nicely. Take out if also available and I highly recommend. They have one of the most complete menus of every kind of dinner and I have never been disappointed. It is almost hard to decide what to order there is such a variety and everything is good! Give it a try!

Every time my family and I go to Philly, we have to eat lunch here. The food is delicious. Right now it's before lunch. And I really want some of those shrimp meatball thingies.

This restaurant changed my expectation of a shrimp roll. I cannot eat them anywhere else. It is truly authentic in experience. I love it and will forever be a faithful customer.

I have been going to this place before I was born! My parents have been going there forever. I have been going there all my life, and it's delicious! I love the chicken satay, sticky rice, wide white noodles filled with beef, curry beef pastry, etc. When you go on a Saturday for Dim Sum, you feel like you're in China--the entire restaurant is filled with the locals. The prices are reasonable, the food is good, and it's a great place to bring new and old friends alike. People that have never tried Dim Sum before that we know love it here, and often come back on their own! It's a great hidden gem, and I will be coming back for many years.

The food used to taste good, but not recently, especially they used the food left over from the previous day.
