I placed my order at 8:16, I received my order at 9:30. When I called to ask where my order was, the person who answers the phone was trying to explain what was going on. The manager was in the background yelling something about my order was only placed 39 minutes before I called. I was explaining that I have a confirmation showing my order was placed at 8:16. But the very rude manager, who wouldn't get on the phone, just kept yelling "Tell her she only ordered 39 minutes ago". Really poor customer service. Sadly, the delivery person gets the worst end of the whole situation since he is the one that has to come face to face with an irate customer. This used to be one of the best places to order from but I have had a problem with my last 3 orders :(

Pizza took 1 hour to be delivered. The ground beef pie was ice cold and undercooked. I actually had to re-cook it to make it edible. Tried to order the Popeyes burger on line and couldn't. Called to place my order and the burger was delicious and cooked as ordered. Called to let the phone person know of my demise and the reply was, sorry about that hon. Very disappointed.

I'm glad I did not see the other reviews in advance. I might not stopped in. It has a great décor, and overall fun place to eat. We ordered pizza by the slice and each of us got 2 different kind. Mine were both delicious as were my daughters.

Figured I would try something different, mistake! Took over an hour to arrive, when it did, food was cold and they were missing half the order. What a waste of $24. Could have spent 1/3 of that at a fast food joint and been satisfied.

We ordered delivery. Man on the phone sounded mad to even take the order. We were told 30 mins. After an hour we called back to check if they had our address right. He said the delivery man should be there any second. 15 mins later the delivery man showed up. The spicy fries were microwaved and in no way spicy. The drop of cheese whizz on them was the only satisfying fry in the box. The cheese raviolis with meatballs had hardly any sauce on them; I had to add my own marinara. The fried shrimp were microwaved straight out of the frozen pack I'm assuming the came in. After waiting for over an hour for this busted meal, I would have thought it would have been better. Neither delivery driver nor man on the phone said sorry about the wait. The front of the menu says speedy delivery... was that a joke? This place sucks!

We've been ordering from J&J since the early 1990's, and that franchise has disappeared. All the cooking has been done by folks who don't know or care how to prepare food, and the quality has fallen off the edge of the earth. Last night, my son and I ordered chicken fingers and what arrived was 15 chunks of charcoal. In my 15 years in hospitality, I wouldn't dream of ever serving that to a paying customer. In fact, no one in their right mind would serve that in a homeless shelter, but J&J had no problem serving that up to a long time customer. After nearly 20 years, it's time to realize that J&J has outsourced its business to folks who don't care about anything other than clearing another order off the screen. So long, J&J! Enjoy your retirement down the shore, you'll leave an empty hull in the neighborhood.

Hot wings are dry, bland, and had absolutely no hot sauce on them. the "Spicy cheese fries" i ordered - were neither spicy nor cheese fries. They were plain, frozen curly fries. They were soggy and pretty unedible - seemed like they stole them from the Arby's drive thru and microwaved them. Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak was semi-edible, but the roll was soaked through and soggy, and fell apart. Overall, can't recommend this place to anyone. I'm surely never ordering from them again.
