Food is great!
The food is good, but the people on the phones are so rude when they take orders. I work in the food industry, and you should always be friendly on the phone!!!

Made me love hoagies
Never had a huge desire for hoagies but they have a buffalo chicken salad, so I thought since I want to order that mine as well get a hoagie to split. I got the old country hoagie and it was amazing. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and friendly. The only thing I will say is that both times it did take a little more than an hour to get my food, and not living real far away I didn't expect that. Also, I wish they'd expand their hours.

Awesome
Rec'd a menu...gave it a try. They aren't kidding "best hoagie in the free world". The Oven Browned Turkey Special" is to die for - everything fresh and tasty. Add a side of eggplant = lunch heaven (throw some on the hoagie!). The delivery person was so nice and prompt!

Don't miss this !
I've been going to Jacks for about 20 years off and on as I live about 15 miles away, but whenever I want Hoagies that people won't forget, I go to Jacks, gone there today ! Try the Old Country mmm
