Subpar
My father is a chef at a chinese restaurant so I know what good chinese food is. The chicken in the chicken fried rice was black and looked like it was sitting out forever. I ordered seasoned fried ribs and basically it was sweet and sour pork that was greasy. If i were you save your money and just get on the bus on the corner and go to chinatown!

The BEST!
I love there food .. if anybody knows me they know i don't eat from no other place....best rice ,i don't like that yellow rice other places have!

My favorite chinese in the city
I live down the street from the Jade Garden and I eat there all the time. The food is great! (especially the dumplings) and The prices are really reasonable as well. They are so fast! I live about a half a block from the store and after I call in the order I usually wait maybe 5 minutes before walking over and they always have it ready for me! The store is family run and they live above the store so if you're from the neighborhood or are a regular they get to know you pretty well. The girl behind the counter knows just what sauces to put in with my order. Great place! Can't recommend enough!

Best Chinese in South Philadelphia
They are housed in what appears to be an old steak sandwich store. If you walk in and order, you can watch them cook the whole order in a huge gas fired wok, located right behind the counter. They informed me they do not use MSG. Their Fried Rice ( all their food) tastes better than any other around. And the delivery service is excellent. I order and think, "Well, it'll be awhile", and the driver's banging on the door before I know it.This is my go to place on Saturday night!

our go-to chinese delivery
we order from jade garden at least twice a month. the prices are really reasonable for the quality and quantity. especially the dumplings and dumpling soup. everything is light and fresh, and delivery is fairly quick. highly recommended. i've never actually been there so can't comment on the atmosphere.

Dumplings...
I am so glad that I have tried food here at Jade Garden. I have heard about this place for years and probably ate here once when I was younger, but didn't remember. Well... It was definitely worth a try and I am definitely going back here more often! Their dumplings are incredible! I don't know how they get away with selling so many for so low of a price. Don't miss out on this one, avid Chinese/Asian food appreciators.
