I took my mother here because I had a groupon and I was tired of going to the same restaurant for Mother's Day, her birthday and other occasions. The food was good and the staff was nice. The waitress gave my mother free ice cream because it was her birthday. The place is very nice for a first date or something like that. It's small-ish with a nice decor and it has an intimate feel to it. The portions could be larger that's the only con I have.

Thrilled to find a really good Indian restaurant in the city -- the service was stellar and the food delicious. We tried the chicken tika and the beef curry with nan - and both dishes did not disappoint -- we'll be back!

A couple friends and myself had a groupon so we went and checked this place out. The food was awesome. The tandoori sauce was delicious. The portions were small (four pieces of shrimp for $18). The staff was friendly but lacking some of the intimate knowledge of the food. Looking for an expensive Indian food date night? This is it. Otherwise I wouldn't go back.

I visited here with my friends and this place made me love Indian food all over again. I enjoyed dipping their made from scratch special garlic naan with cheese and dipping it in the best Chicken Tikka Masala ever. The korma was fantastic. So rich, flavorful and amazing. The decor is so chic, a place where I can go and not be disappointed. The Kulfi Homemade indian ice cream we had was addicting. I am definitely coming back

Took the family to this new Indian restaurant and was disappointed. The food was "punjabi/north indian" however tasted bland and had no flavor. It was watered down Indian food for people without a palate. The decor is nice however for an indian restaurant they have made some odd choices on decor.

I had never eaten Indian food before Jalsa and I was so thrilled with my experience. The food was EXCELLENT, I had the chicken kodai, and it was just spicy enough. Our server was very sweet and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!
