Who knew raw food could taste so good?
Amazing caracado soup! Had the soup and juices for a while and always liked them, so decided to try a cleanse. I did the three day. I don't know if I lost much weight but I felt good afterwards and never hungry during the process. The meals definitely help though, I don't think I could handle three days of only juice!
