Delicious
I have eaten here quite a few times and always come out very happy. The food is very good. Great ribs, steak, pasta dishes. The spinach side dish is excellent and a must to try. We have not had a bad meal ever. Try it out for yourselves and see.

You get what you pay for
Went to J.B.'s the other night and although they may be a couple dollars more than the competition I am Alma's amazed at how consistent their food and service is. Been going for years and will continue to keep going. Keep it up JB

Best crab dip and potato soup in town.
I frequent this restaurant. Recently, I had gift cards and took a good friend with me this time who absolutely loved the potato soup. Dawson's atmosphere is what I like and recommend the honey lime vinegrete dressing on salad. Pricey. Dawson's is higher priced than the average chain restaurant.

great food great service
Never had a bad meal here, atmosphere is nice, great lighting, dark wood, red leather booths.Service is team service...and I have never had such great service anywhere! Food isnt 5 star but i would say 3-4 star for a chain restaurant its really good. prices are good too.

Always a treat
We've been dining at J.B. Dawson's since it opened. The food is always great. We love the ribs and steaks. Lovely atmosphere, seems like a much more expensive place. Only drawback is that there's usually a wait. Excellent value.

Food isn't fresh
So, I have recently found out that the food there is not fresh at all. They freeze their fish, shrimp, all desserts and a lot of their sides. They use microwaves for almost everything they cook. The staff works like a team, so you do not have one server and they keep bugging you over and over again. Management, one of the female managers there was behind a bar talking the whole night while the place was full, very unprofessional. The only value is if you have a kid, they eat free on sundays.
