Orange Carrot Salad Fresh oranges and grated carrots blended with orange cinnamon dressing   

Second Course

Polenta Dumplings Polenta dumplings topped with parmigiano-reggiano and baked to a golden brown   
Stuffed Grape Leaves Hand rolled grape leaves stuffed with rice, baked then drizzled with lemon and herb broth   
Cauliflower Soup Cream of pureed cauliflower soup topped with sauteed croutons   
Shrimp Pil-Pil Shrimp baked in a moroccan spiced tomato sauce   

Third Course

Steak and Tomato Pan fried beef flatiron topped with tomato sauce and cheese and served with vegetables and rissole potatoes   
Chicken Santorini Pan roasted chicken smothered with vegetables in a light tomato sauce served rice   
Baked Cod with Wine & Herbs Cod baked on a bed of herbs served with wine & herb sauce with oven dried tomatoes and couscous   
Lamb Sauteed with Peppers Lamb braised then sauteed with peppers served over barley pilaf   
Vegetarian Tagine Lentils and vegetables blanched in butter and a vegetable fond and seasoned za'atar   

Fourth Course

Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar Fresh strawberries with a balsamic glaze, whipped cream served in a pizzelle cone   
Sweet Dough Pastries Fried piped sweet dough soaked in a sugar syrup   
Oven Dried Fruit Assorted fruit sauteed in butter than baked with apricots, raisins and nuts   
Cinnamon Oranges with Vanilla Ice cream House-made vanilla ice cream topped with orange slices dusted with cinnamon
