Still so Delicious!
I have been going to Johnny Chang's since they opened, and I am still so pleased with the quality of their food! It is consistently fresh and delicious. Last night I ordered vegetable fried rice, spring rolls, and wonton. Everything was amazing! The vegetables in the rice were so fresh, as well as the shrimp in the spring rolls. I wasn't even expecting the spring rolls to have shrimp, but was so delighted to find them in there. To top it all off, the food came out quickly! So pleased! Best in South Philly!

Reasonable service
I don't understand what everyone is complaining about! I orderedthor delivery & waited 35 minutes before it arrived. Food wasn't cold like stated in other reviews & it didn't take long at all. On another note, nothing in my order was wrong. Good food, reasonable prices & chillin service. I'll be taking out again.

Excellent food..Best Sushi in the city !
I eat here at least twice a week. I can't stop eating their sushi. It is soooo yummy and always fresh. Also their steamed dumplings are extremely good. The noodle is not too thick and you can just tell they are homemade not frozen. I love to sit in but have gotten deliveries as well and both service options were highly satisfying. Highly Recommended!

Slow delivery
Great, cheap food but average delivery is 1.5 hours and we're only a few blocks away. Everyone is nice in the restaurant but it doesn't have a cozy, comfortable feel.

Decent Food, but expensive
Johnny Chang's food is OK, but it's a little pricey. Not sure how they stay in business. It's always empty when we pass by. Steamed dumplings are my favorite here, nice and light.

Good food, pricey and poor delivery.
There have been a few times where I've ordered delivery and it never comes. Then I call and they are closed. Most of the time it takes over an hour, they usually forget something also. The sushi is pretty decent however and unfortunately in south philly your choices are limited.

Try Somewhere Else
When first opened food & service were quite good but since new owners took over the place has hit "rock bottom" would not suggest eating there or ordering take out both aren't a good experience orders never seem to be right food was cold upon delivery
