We had decided to try a restaurant which received great customer recommendations on this site, but upon our arrival the interior of the place really turned us off. Hungry, we took a short walk in the neighborhood, and we came across this place. We decided to give it a try for Brunch. The omlettes were perfectly cooked, the potatoes were wonderful, the whole grain toast was delish, and our server could not have been more attentive or courteous. Although this place obviously caters to a "younger crowd", we were delighted with our meal, and we shall return. Try it for breakfast/lunch/brunch. You'll like it!

So this place isn't my cup of tea but I can say I got the freshest salad I think I've ever seen. It was quite delicious. Got Ahi tuna on it, was supposed to be rare..it was overcooked. Their crab cakes, though, were very good. No fillers. Their specialty drink are expensive. But they charge the SAME for a middle shelf gin martini. For a "bar and grille," they should not be charging more than what an upscale lounge would charge... $11! Come on.

Jons has cheap tourist food. When I first moved in the area, I dined there a couple of times. Each time I left disappointed. I don't know how people can say this food is good.

Warm & friendly atmosphere on a cold and rainy night! Great food and friendly, helpful staff! Would go again on next trip to Philly! (be sure to try the Ginger salad dressing - fantastic!)

My friends and I happened across this place by accident and went in because it is the birthplace of one of the 3 stooges. We went to the bar and a super cute girl served us and gave us the run down about the restaurant. We decided to eat thinking that we would be getting your average bar food but we were suprised at the portion sizes and quality of the food. They also have 5 plasma tv's at the bar so we stayed and watched some college basketball and hockey and next thing I knew, it was closing time. Overall we were very suprised by almost everything, we had some people tell us that we wouldn't find anything on South street but we did and we are glad we went there.
