    The Best Philly Bar

Jose's is the best Philly bar for neighborhood fun, excellent food, amazing beer, and downright good times. The staff is so down-to-earth, you will always having a great time! Specials are always going on and the owners are amazing!

    How did I miss this?

I live about two blocks away and never made my way in to Jose Pistolas. The food was really good, especially for the prices. They have incredible beer and they're not stuck up about it which is nice.

    Never going here again

Thanks for the poor service and poor food Jose Pistola's! I'll never come here again for your over-priced watered down alcohol and rude wait staff. The bathroom looks like Croatia.

    Another Solid Philly Bar

Being a fan of the great individualized local bars that the city has, this is a great addition. Solid food, loved the fish tacos and pork nachos and you can't go wrong with the beer [select]ion. Good stuff overall.

    Excellent Find

I don't normally write reviews, but I noticed that the other reviews of this restaurant just don't give this place enough credit. Jose Pistolas has the best tacos on the East Coast. And the price, come on $5.00 for two authentic tacos... you can't beat it... anyone who thinks this is to much should stay at home. For the Atmosphere, I think they have done a nice job of cleaning up the old Copa feel. Overall this is the best little find with great food and excellent beers for an amazing price... what could be better..

    Good Food

The menu is small but the food is amazing!!. The prices are great. The service, though friendly, was very slow. For drinks is top high, the variety of beer is huge.

    Not good

I cannot stress how poor this restaurant is. Although the ambience was promising, the food for beyond poor. The burritos were flavorless and cold and the service took too long. I would absolutely not recommend this place.
