    Excellent Find

I don't normally write reviews, but I noticed that the other reviews of this restaurant just don't give this place enough credit. Jose Pistolas has the best tacos on the East Coast. And the price, come on $5.00 for two authentic tacos... you can't beat it... anyone who thinks this is to much should stay at home. For the Atmosphere, I think they have done a nice job of cleaning up the old Copa feel. Overall this is the best little find with great food and excellent beers for an amazing price... what could be better..

    Good Food

The menu is small but the food is amazing!!. The prices are great. The service, though friendly, was very slow. For drinks is top high, the variety of beer is huge.

    Not good

I cannot stress how poor this restaurant is. Although the ambience was promising, the food for beyond poor. The burritos were flavorless and cold and the service took too long. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

    Mediocre food

Food menu was limited. Tacos were cold by the time we received them and even included a hair from the chef. Meat was chewy and overcooked. I left hungry. I would not recommend this place for a meal but it would be fine for drinks. Service was incredibly slow though waiter was very friendly. Beer menu and prices were very good.

    promising new spot

Tried this place a month ago with a group of 8. Service was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone was happy with their meals (and I think we ordered every dish on their small menu). Beer list is phenomenal, and the waitress was very knowledgeable about all the different varieties. She said they're getting an expanded menu soon. I'd like to see one more vege option (the burrito was a little plain) but other than that I have no complaints. I'll definitely be back!

Great food but a little pricey

These were definitely some of the best tacos I've had outside of Mexico. They are definitely not a low-end bargain (like they would be in Mexico) considering that an average meal is three tacos

    Tasty

Good food- beef tacos and sopes were very good. We also enjoyed the various fish and chicken tacos. Pork was only okay. We enjoyed the large list of beer, but would have like a bit of a description so we knew what we were ordering from a beer perspective. Despite the limited menu, we were all satisfied and had a good time
