The food is amazing!! Do not let this little hidden place fool u! It's a gem!! And the server was wonderful. Even under pressure marissa still makes sure that you are treated like a king/queen! Besides the food she is the reason we keep going back!

My husband and I went to Karina's after a fliers game tonight. We didn't make reservations thinking, who would go out to dinner at 5 o'clock? When we arrived Marissa pleasantly greeted us asking if we had reservations. Of course we said no fully expecting it not to be a problem. She said they were booked and we were somewhat apologetic that we hadn't made reservations. I felt we would need to leave but she figured out a way to seat us. She was wonderfully accommodating. She made our night! She was lovely and sweet and even though I could tell she was under a lot of pressure with all the reservations they had, she still extended a gracious invitation to stay. I cannot even tell you how amazing the food was! I had the penne Caruso and it was delicious! The portion sizes were perfect not too much and not too little, just right. The place is very small and the atmosphere is quite modest, but if, It's the food you care about this is where you want go. My husband had their mussels in white wine sauce and the broth was amazing and mussels were so tender. This place was a real treat and we are so grateful that Marissa was working and made accommodations so that we could enjoy their delectable cuisine! Oh, and for those of you who care more about price than good food, the prices were extremely reasonable!! Can't beat this place! It was our delight to be ther tonight. As we left tonight Marissa apologized for not being more attentive....are you kidding??? You were wonderful and a bright spot to our day! Thank you Marissa! Actually both you and the other young lady working tonight (we didn't get her name) were simply wonderful!

Don't be fooled by the decor. The food was amazing and made with love! Unique menu with both Italian and Spanish dishes. Waitress was a bit rough around the edges but I'll definitely go back

This is one my favorite restaurants. The food quality is always consistent, and the service is excellent. The person who wrote his server didn't speak english must have been talking about another restaurant! My family all has their favorite foods here. Bring your friends.

I had lentil soup and spinach dumplings....the BEST! There were six of us for dinner and we all sampled each other's main courses and we were all quite pleased. We did forget to take wine, next time!
