Key Pizza

Called the place from my Hotel after speaking to the delivery guy who was just leaving the Holiday Inn Express. The Girl who answered pleasantly, Said they were closing early to wrap presents, " cause it's Christmas" Umm sorry hon its only Sunday December 23 and your hours are till 11 p.m and its only 10:13 on EVERYONES watch. will not recommend will not spend my money there. PERIOD !!

I moved to Philly a year and a half ago and found this place while walking my dog one day. I've been going there ever since. The prices are fair and the food is great, but most importantly, the owner is a normal, down to earth guy who always greets with smile and is outwardly appreciative of all business. Incredibly hard to find a combination of good food, prices and service these days. I don't go anywhere else for pizza or hoagies anymore.

I can't for the life of me understand the negative reviews, except that they are probably coming from Center City transplants. I discovered Key Food Pizza about five years ago when a friend of mine ordered a pizza for dinner. The crust was crunchy-chewy, the gravy had just the right amount of spices, and the cheese was bubbly hot and stringy. I was hooked! I won't order pizza from anywhere else. I especially love their veggie pizza; it's LOADED! I love their Italian hoagies. If you want to be comfortably full, order one with "the works." As for the personnel, you couldn't ask for nicer people. Whether you call in your order for delivery or pick-up, or walk in on the spur of the moment, they're courteous, and treat you like they've known you all your life. AND, THEY GET THE ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! As for having to wait, it's worth it! As for the prices, you get what you pay for, and you DEFINITELY get your money's worth at Key Food Pizza. So, if you think you can find something better, knock yourself out. But show a business who has been here longer than most of the complainers some respect, OK? For the newcomer to South Philly, give Key Food Pizza a try and enjoy; you won't be disappointed!

I have tried to like Key Pizza. Perhaps they need to know what delivery radius they are capable of delivering good food to. After an hour wait, the onion rings and fries were so soggy and unsalvageable; I tried to reheat to crisp up. The stromboli was great although there was no sauce given despite asking for it and the request being confirmed. A true waste of $25.

We ordered pizza from here for our first time. We got the Ranchezzo which was fresh sliced tomato, bacon, cheese, large pieces of grilled chicken and smothered in ranch. The pizza was huge, and messy and oh so delicious! You could taste each ingredient and the crust was perfectly fluffy but with a crunch. Best pizza I've had in a long time! And the counter guy is super nice and friendly. The service is very quick. Great to-go place!

my opinion on key pizza is that they have the best prices for there food the owner make u want to come back for more delivery is outstanding people are great ....best all around for everything pizza hogies and cheese steaks I recommend it to everyone ....from number one customer

I have dietery needs and owner goes out of his way to please,,,,makes whatever i want....love to stop in and chat,,,,great food for the money
