Poor Service and Over Priced
The food itself was very good. Besides Famous, Philly seriously lacks in good Deli's. This place is definitely not as good as Famous. I would go back, but was very annoyed with the treatment and price. $18 for 2 bagels, one with cream cheese and the other with cream cheese and whitefish. Completely ridiculous!

Decent pastrami, poor value
The meat's OK, and the rye's excellent. But $13 doesn't buy you a particularly huge sandwich. I would say it's maybe 50% bigger than Rachael's, but about 200% of Rachael's price. (To be fair, Kibitz's sandwich does come with a side--but it's about two tablespoonfuls. And I got the potato salad, which was pretty bland. So its inclusion didn't really increase the value.) As far as the potato pancakes go, they're about the size of a half dollar (though pretty thick)--and they're none too flavorful. Delivery (through SeamlessWeb) was reasonably fast, I daresay.

The Best Breakfast!
You definitely get what you pay for! The Challah French Toast is so delicious, it is such a treat on a weekend morning! The portions are HUGE. Everything is so traditional. Red Velvet cake is also AMAZING! Friendly people and it is always a plus when Diet Stewart's Root Beer is on the soda fountain. Worth every penny!
