We went on a Friday night and expecting it to be busy was pleasantly surprised to get a table right away. Now I know why, with a party of 7 we ordered drinks and our dinner but after waiting an hour and with no word from our waitress i finally found the manager to ask what was taking so long. He informed us the printer went out in the kitchen and the food would be right out. The food did arrive right after i talked to him but it was not good at all and was an easy order of fish and chips, for $15 i expected a much better plate of food. This is nothing more than a bar full of drunks, do yourself a favor and forget the food.

Everyone knows Kildares is just a place to grab a Guiness with your friends but I foolishly tried the food anyway a couple of times. The food is not good, it's actually poor. The server apologized and gave us a free desert the second time but still if you are going to have a menu please make it worthy enough to eat, especially over the holidays ! A new Irish place opened down the street so I will try that instead next time.
