Okay so me and a friend went for restaurant week, the atmosphere was okay, but the interior design was so dated. Also a very small space so it's a little tight. I don't know if the guy that served us was actually a waiter or the owner or manager but he was older, looked like he could've been in a higher position. We also saw another older guy serving the other table. Neither had any kind of uniform or maybe dress code. I just found it weird. Anyway, the rolls were horrible, cold, hard, and too chewy. My first course was a caeser salad, that was fine i guess. Next course were the knock wings. They were mediocre, they were just ok. Actually boring, just regular wings, nothing special at all. Then I had the filet with asparagus and mashed potatoes. This was the best part of the 4 courses. The filet was cooked perfectly, which I was happy about, but what disappointed me was the fried crispy onion things on top of it ! I like my steak by itself , maybe some steak sauce. But other than that it was good. Next i had a rasberry cheesecake, even though the menu said strawberry. He did tell me before hand though that it was going to be rasberry. I didn't think it was good but that's because i hate rasberry. I'm glad it was restaurant week and only $35 , I will not be going back to knock. Just not worth it.

Been to the owner's old haunts and expected quality and did not find it. They need a new chef, menu and more training for servers. Won't go back unless I hear things have changed.

If you don't mind dining with a mixed straight and gay crowd, this new place is definitely worth your time and money. The music is smooth and laid back, the menu is very ecclectic and well prepared. The service was a bit lagging, but not that bad - probably due to the fact that it's a new business. The cocktails are just right and the wine selection was more extensive than we expected. The owner ever came over and asked if everything was to our liking. My husband and I highly recommend it!

The most fashionable rest rooms around. Unfortunately most of the food for our table of five was sub-par at best. Three of our guests were not satisfied. The rolls were iced cold and extremely chewy. Salads were fair. The duck had a nice flavor but had the texture and chewed like shoe leather. The salmon was overcooked and tasteless. Wild rice was very hard yet had a burnt taste. The filet and crab cakes were good. The veg. gumbo was a sad presentation and had no "kick" whatever.

Beautiful restaurant, but the food borders on inedible. The Caesar salad came with fried plantains and manchego cheese, it needed more dressing. Very strange. The duck was ordered pink, it came out black. I could barely cut it with a knife. It should have been used for shoe leather. The vegetarian gumbo was an ugly, bland dish of vegetables with a brown sauce. The salmon also got a thumbs down. Those that tried the crab cakes and the filet mignon were satisfied. The bill for five with a bottle of wine and salads came to $160 before tax and tip.

the room is very warm and attractive but completely a work in progress. The service was nothing short of pathetic. The server very uncordinated...running here and there . Took 20 minutes to get a drink and the food (mediocre) took an hour and a half to appear. Really a poor excuse in planning.
