Poor Service
The food was excellent, but I looked for my waitress and she was nowhere to be found. I wanted to get sugar for my tea. I ended up asking another waitress. It was not just me. They leave you and do not come back to check to see if youhave a need or concern.

Excellent italian
Four dinners all spectacular. Salads, pasta, pork chop...really outstanding! Flawlss service. Free parking upstairs. Solid value. Go and enjoy.

Great Restaurant
I've been to LaScala many times & the food if always excellent & very good quality. The service is always top notch also. Everything I've had on the menu is delicious. Keep up the good work. My friend thought it was the best.

Wonderful!
I have been to LaScala many times & have never had a bad meal!! The ingredients are always fresh, uniquely tasteful & very nice portions. Lots of seafood & Italian selections at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this restaurant!! And service is goo too!

The poorest dining experience I have ever experienced
This was probably the poorest excuse for italian food I have ever had. Fried calamari was extremely salty. The pasta was hard (no, not al dente hard, undercooked hard), They should have just poured tomato juice over it, it probably would have tasted better than their excuse for gravy. The service was under average as well. Very cheap ingredients with a way too high price. Don't waste your money on this place.

After a long walk...good food
Sampler was really good. Different waiters & even manager checked up on us and initiated conversation. Great atmosphere

cold food and service
(re: JFK BLVD location) I ordered take-out and they told me it would take 30 minutes to arrive. 1 1/2 hours later, I called to check on my order and the guy was so unfriendly. When it finally arrived, my food was cold. Not warm. cold. When I called to complain, the manager didn't care and basically told me to to deal with the cold food. The food isn't worth the service.
