Laxmi's Indian Grille

Finally got to try this restaurant, and it may be my new favorite in east falls. The food was delicious, and while it was a little pricier than was looking for, the food was worth the price. I strongly recommend the lamb masala.

My girl friend and I had a great Indian taste at Laxmi Indian Grille. We ordered two curries - Chicken and Lamb which were the best. This was our 3rd Indian restaurant and we liked the food best. Great service.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for Indian restaurants close to the Germantown area. Having tried several of the restaurants in the Downtown area, we were looking for something closer but more importantly we were looking for something more authentic. Since we were to take some friends out to dinner, we also wanted to make sure that the restaurant's ambiance was up to par as well. Laxmi's Indian Grille delivered on both fronts and more. - The food was absolutely authentic and delicious. (definitely try the veg. and non-veg. platters for appetizers) - The service was very personal and professional (Nikhil and Carrie were great!) - The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for an intimate dinner with friends We are definitely hooked on Laxmi's Indian Grille food. Keep up the good work!

We got our order delivered-- it arrived in only 37 minutes, which was great. The food was pretty decent-- I've had better-- but we enjoyed it. For the portion you get, the price is kind of steep.

This place just opened up on main so we decided to give it a try. We were meeting up with old friends and it took 10 minutes for our waiter to come and open the wine. The food was great when we were finally served. Just a heads up, they have a corky fee and our waiter sold us on getting more naan than we really needed. 2 things for 4 people.

My average 11 year old son, who does like cooked vegetables wants to go back to this restaurant. We both had chicken tandoori, one as a traditional clay cooking pot the other as a platter. We fought over the plate drippings and Naan crumbs the food was so good. My wife had a type of Dal that she thought she could have for lunch the next day but discovered she had eaten it all. My wife is a vegetarian and frequents Indians eateries. By far this is the best. We can't wait to go back.

After waiting 20 minutes to order, we got appetizers, which took about 30 minutes and were very tiny, then could put in our entree orders. it took about 45 minutes to get our entres, at which point we had to get them wrapped to go - they kept saying it was only going to be 5 more minutes, but total, we were there almost two hours, and still ended up eating in our dining room. The food was good, but for that kind of wait, they need comfier chairs.
