Gourmet Food and Service
I have probably eaten Vietnamese food twice a month for 30 years. So that is more than several hundred Vietnamese restaurant experiences. My wife and I just finished a dinner at Le Viet, which we found on these pages. It may have been the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. We both had an asparagus crab soup, which was outstanding. I had Basa (Vietnamese salt water catfish) with tofu and my wife had some kind of elaborate ground shrimp dish which she rolled in a pancake. The latter came with careful instructions from the waiter. The food was truly gourmet, a cut above your garden-variety Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered spring rolls just as a test, figuring any Vietnamese restaurant worth its salt had to be able to get those right. They were perfection. The decor was also modern and a cut above your average Vietnamese pho joint. The service was more like that found in a finer dining establishment, very helpful and attentive. Yet all of this came at standard neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant prices. We will have to return several times, as we loved what we had, but there were so many more enticing choices on the menu. I consider this a real find.

Loved It!
Le Viet is my favorite new restaurant. Excellent food and service at decent prices. And the decor is more modern/hip than most Vietnamese restaurants. Can't wait to go again!

Amazing Cuisine at an Amazing Price!
I've been to Le Viet twice and had great experiences each time. The staff was friendly and worked well together as a team. The menu is extensive and the food is absolutely amazing. My favorite so far was a simple chicken stir fry. Quite inexpensive, great atmosphere and BYO!! Highly Recommended!

Best Vietnamese Food and Service
We went to Le Viet for my husband's birthday at the suggestion of our daughter who had been and who loved it. We were a party of 8 and we got there late on a Mod. night. Even though they were close to closing the staff was attentive and patient. The food was outstanding, the best Vietnamese food we have ever had. Vegetables super fresh, dishes prepared excellently and beautifully presented.
