Winnie's LeBus Manayunk

Been there many times. Soup and home made bread and food are fresh and good. Wine pour is skimpy, and when I questioned the wine pour, the waitress stated it was "standard pour 5 oz.", as she walked away. I wanted to say something else, such as most restaurants offer 6 oz., but all I saw was her back. I think she was embarrassed (I probably wasn't the first to complain.) Have to say the soup and bread well made up for the disappointing drink. Just don't go if you are in the mood for a nice glass of wine with your meal. The iced tea is a better bargain.

I was enjoying my lunch at Lebus until I heard my waitress complaining about me to another server. I like this restaurant, but do not think I will return because of that experience. The owners were notified about this as well.

Was there just after New Years, service was great, but the food is really good. The atmosphere is relaxing and upbeat. Truly one of my favorites in Philadelphia!

Really can't beat the value, here. The salads are huge and so very fresh. Everything is really good. Service is sometimes a little slow, but it's worth it for the amazing food.

I've been going there for fifteen years and not once have I been disappointed. The servers and bartenders are always nice and professional. Excellent for sandwiches and sweet potato fries. Always a good beer selection. Awesome brunch. Great bread.

I have read good and bad on this place, but overall I am fan! I have met the owner on several occasions over the years, and she is a true delight, as are most of her staff. Their menu has something for everyone, and it is not overwhelming with options. Overall, if you're in Manayunk, it certainly is a place I would suggest trying, along with Couch Tomato and Jakes. I like their fresh bread served at the table, although a basic type of thing it's good! The atmosphere is also really comfortable, cute, and vibrant. They often seem busy too, so I don't think I am alone in my positive perception of this place.

I have enjoyed all of my visits to Le Bus in Manayunk. They always have something for everyone, and their prices are fair.. The servers always seem to be well trained too. The food is decent, and overall a satisfying experience. It's not a "wow" type of place, but definitely solid, especially for brunch.
