More than a deli!
IMPRESSIVE! Mr. Lee is a very friendly man, with an extensive repertoire of recommendations for first-timers. After my first visit, I knew this place was special. Don’t let the deli’s appearance fool you. This place has got soul-food. From its hot broccoli and spinach chicken cheese steaks (w/ homemade barbeque sauce) to the homemade sweet potato pies and carrot cakes, I can find food for any time of the day! I’d especially like to thank Lee’s Deli for their carrot cakes this holiday season. These treats made for great holiday gifts for my family, friends, neighbors, and child’s schoolteachers. Every single person that received the carrot cakes absolutely loved it (including me)! Try one bite, and TRY to resist the second bite. Genuinely speaking, if you have not tasted the carrot cakes at Lee’s Deli, you have not lived. I will be returning to Lee’s Deli soon, hungry for more.

Best Deli in Town
This is the best deli in town. The food is unbelievable and the service is top notch. The chicken cheesestakes are so huge it is enough for 2 meals. And they are sooooo!good. Everything I have ordered there has been excellent. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Taste and treat
Well, allow me to say, what pains me most is to find out that some things just can't be 24 hrs a day. Lee's deli is one such occurance. Lee is the best example of human existance I have ever encontured. His dishes prove not only the existance of God but that truly I have already died and been delivered unto heaven. Tasting his french toast is like remembering a warm emotion that I have long forgotten. His chicken cheese steaks could end all war if just everyone could take a bite. I want to live in his deli and become one with the food that is served. I wish all of philadelphia would sacrifice their lives to Lee and his tasty treats.

Mr. Lee is the man!
Besides being one of the most polite proprietors around, Mr. Lee also cooks up a chicken cheesesteak that is one of the best kept secrets around. No need to go to overblown South Philly destinations, and arguably only Saad's on 45th St. has a better chicken cheesesteak in all of West Philadelphia. Sides are pretty good too, as are the burgers. Stop by around 7pm, and enjoy your meal while matching Jeopardy wits with the locals.
