    Awesome Food!

The service may be questionable, but the food is GOOD. Best burger I've had in Philly.

Order all wrong- execept for fries

Totally unacceptable. We order several items for delivery but decided to pick up because of the 1 1/2 hour delivery time only to find that the order was all wrong. When we called the manager he basically said everything tonight has been screwed up because of the inexperienced staff etc. Offered NO resolution. You will lose a valued customer unless we hear from you to resolve this matter.

    It's better than that

I'm not a huge Lee's fan like some of my friends, but the other review seems unfair to me. Lee's makes a big hoagie with lots of meat, they're got a wide variety, and the service is pretty good for Philadelphia. Plus they've got the bicycle guy that delivers any time, any weather. If you live in West Philly you should at least give Lee's a try. Atmosphere? Not so much, it's kind of a hole in the wall. I have to wonder if the other reviewer went to a Lee's somewhere else.

    Go somewhere else

Service is surly, value poor. Hoagies are mostly lettuce and tomato very light on the meat and cheese for the price. Have a great grilled chicken breast sandwich though.
