There are Better Places
Steak sandwiches are not too bad. As a matter of fact, they are better than Pat's and Geno's (the over priced tourist attractions with all grease on 9th Street). Little Sicily's Pizza is only marginal, however. Frequently Little Sicily on Passyunk runs out of red gravy for the pasta and pizza, not because they do a booming business, rather because they seem to be on a shoestring budget. If you complain, you get a severe attitude. It is as if you, the customer, are doing them the favor by ordering from them. There are better places.

Eating at Little Sicily Pizza is OK!
Eating at Little Sicily Pizza has its advantages and its disadvantages. The atmosphere of this pizzeria is OK. It could use some more color! But otherwise the value of food is OK, not really high just in the middle. Just a tip: the pizza that contains all cheese with spinach and chicken is not very good. No tomato sauce and all plain, not their best pizza creation. So I would say going to Little Sicily Pizza is OK.
