Disappointing
My fiance & I have been here several times over the last five years & we are never eating there again. Last week we were there for dinner and both of our chicken dishes were undercooked. Not just a little undercooked, Im talking raw. After alerting the waitress, she responded 'why would it be cooked?'. Really? That's what you have to say to us. I could tell we werent the first people to complain. The worst part was that not only did they not comp our tab and/or give us free drinks, the on duty manager had the nerve of giving us his business card in the event 'we got sick'. Really?

Amazing mac and cheese! I have had every type of mac and cheese and this one was incredible!! Too bad we live in Colorado, my mouth is watering!

Unpredictable!
I've been here three times. Twice for dinner, once when the food was delicious and a good value and the service was attentive and once when both food and service were decent. HOWEVER, I went there for brunch on labor day and the service was not good. A joke. I had to go to the bar to pick up my bloody mary because it had been waiting at the bar for 14 minutes. Food was okay, but not worth the money. So, I'm not sure...

Wonderful Staff
We were supposed to go to the fright bite for Halloween but because of the weather we were unable to make the trip from North Jersey. Their staff was incredibly understanding and absolutely top notch professionals. They made our opinion of the London Grill as a place I absolutely won't miss when we do get to Philly. If their food is as wonderful as their staff I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I can't remember the last time I was treated so nicely. Thank you!

My Favorite Place
Besides the great food, bar, neighborhood, etc. LG stands up for the industry politically!

Philly Institution
London Grill was one of the first "New American" restaurants to open in Philly and is still a good place to dine. The crowd skews older, especially for the Fairmount 'hood, but the food is excellent.
