I came here at 5 on a Saturday. Granted, we didn't reserve a lane but we were willing to wait and get dinner. Waittress was ok and food was overpriced but not terrible. We waited for 2 and a half hours. Had to go find the hostess three times to remind her we were here. Finally, she tells us to go upstairs. The upstairs lanes never got a call from her, they don't have room for us. They also told us the rate was $60 more expensive than the hostess did. Apparently, we waited so long the rates changed with the time and she failed to mention that all three times I spoke to her in the waiting time. Their game is clear: get you to spend money while waiting and never call your name. We ordered a bucket of beers when she told us it was our turn, but obviously, she was wrong so I'm now sittin here finishing the beer wishing I could bowl. Idiots.

Lucky Strike Philadelphia is a mess! For those who've yet to subject themselves here's the scoop. It's a nightclub that caters to the meet market crowd. No one is really there to bowl. In fact, many of the lanes have numerous technical errors. Management have serious attitudes. They are ready for a throw down or to bounce someone even on a Saturday afternoon with the family crowd. They do not cater to kids, teens, pre-teens or families. Their food is subpar. The quality of both the food and bowling is really poor. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you! This place is style over substance or service!

A few times that I went, it was okay. The servers are slow and take forever to bring the orders out, Ive noticed with the girl servers that they are very ditzy. Their outfits are appalling. The fishnet stockings with the short skirts is very tacky, it reminds me of Hooters. I am not impress with who came up with this concept.

Awesome place to bowl. Beer selection could use some local brews, but at least they have Stella for the beer snobs. Food is kind of blah, just your average fried bar food type of stuff, but still edible. If you really want dinner then go elsewhere, otherwise the eats are there to tide you over so you can bowl another game.

Although it has had a rocky start, from what I've heard, this place is great! Especially for corporate parties. We had our comany party there and everything was fantastic...the food, the service, the bowling, etc. We will definitely do it again.

Our waitress was a complete ditz. Forgot our orders and took forever to deliver on them. The food was mediocre at best, the atmosphere is the only thing Lucky Strike has going for it. The Hollywood location has everything right... Philly could take some pointers for sure.

Although the atmosphere was fun and the seating comfortable our service, and overall experience was negative! Our waitress forgot things on numerous occasions, causing us to have to re-order things, sometimes 4 times, before she remembered. The food was decent but extremely over priced, and at the end of the night she messed up our bill so bad that I was charged twice on my credit card (it has yet to be resolved). Not only that but there were other oddities with our payment and tip. I will never visit this establishment again!
