    Great Price late at Night!

The Plexiglass is a precautionary measure, with a bar a door or two away, rowdy patrons late at night and some neighbors as well. I've seen it, stepped out until my order was ready. Best price in town for late night and they close about 2 a.m. or so. Their wings are fantastic and you can order a large order if you call ahead for a party or in that case take it to the bar for those with late night munchies. They cook the food right in front of you and if you spend over a certain amount you get free food or a drink. They have great coupon deals until a specific time.

I'm so sorry that you're offended NOT

Why are you "offended" by them putting up bullet proof glass.. Luckys deals with tons of bullshit from people-- lots of annoying drunks, aggressive people, not to mention, for better or worse, it is where homeless people in the neighborhood come and hang out.. No offense to the homeless people--I'm so sure that you'd be so patient if you were in the same position as Lucky's workers.

    The greatest

Lucky's wings have been the best since I've moved to philly.

    Surprisingly Good!

This hole-in-the- wall appears to be your typical greasy Chinatown fare, but the owners make the food FRESH (right in front of you), use no MSG, and will steam anything. Also, there are lots of vegetarian options. The food tastes like the food at an upscale place. Another plus is the cheap ice cream in the summertime! If they would just get rid of the plexiglass (I find this hugely offensive) they'd be almost perfect.
