Unexpected Surprise!
Dropped in on Philly for 2 day tour and stopped at Lu Lu's for lunch. We had the Stromboli and spaghetti with clams and both were awesome! Service by waitress was mediocre but the gentleman who made our lunch visited with us and enhanced our meal. Very good value with big portions. We did not leave anything on our plate and were full. Would definitely return.

Fourth of July wind down!!
After a day walking around Phila, parade, tourist stuff.. Had a wonderful day! We absolutely stumbled upon Mikes place and throughly enjoyed his company, the atmosphere was great! mike is a great guy, you wont be sorry you made the choice to come to his establishment! He buys the produce daily, makes his own mozzarella, and menu is to die for!

Great Place
I just celebrated by birthday here with family and friends. Let me tell you, this place has great food from the pizza to the pasta dishes etc Nice atmosphere and the beer prices are terrific as well ! Mike, the owner, makes you feel like family.

Not Just Pizza
While their pizza is great (try the spinach and ricotta cheese), I thought their menu was surprisingly deep, with lamb shanks and crab cakes on offer. The staff was nice and apologized for no wifi (it will be set up soon as the restaurant just opened a month or so back). The waitresses are easy on the eyes too...Definitely worth a return trip!

Best unexpected surprise in Philly
I decided to take my brother and my father out to lunch in philly one afternoon and we came across Lulu's. At first we thought it was some foo-foo place but once we went inside the waitress was extremely nice, the food was amazing and I will definitely be returning.

Pleasantly surprised
Lulu's is more than just a pizza bar--they have excellent food at very reasonable prices. The shrimp risotto is a must, lobster ravioli was delicious and the lamb was superb. Will definitely return.....often

We Miss Amici Noi, but this is a good replacement
We went looking for Amici's right after lunch on 6/20 and found it was changed to Lulu's. After mourning for Amici's we decided to give Lulu a try. We were pleasantly surprised. Good menu variety. Everything we ordered tasted fresh. Good presentation and friendly staff. my wife didn't enjoy the cleavage art on the walls so much but it didn't bother me. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for good eats on market st. We plan to go back the next time we are in Philly.
