Most Americans think the Japanese eat sushi everyday... and most Japanese think Americans eat Prime Rib everyday, so this place is a welcome respite from the cookie-cutter sushi that's sold in supermarkets and Chinese/Korean restaurants! If you want sushi or fine dining, this ain't the place, but if you want to eat where the Japanese eat, you'll find them here! Their specialty is Okonomiyaki, which is sort of like a Japanese crepe` but loaded with veggies, shrimp, and other good stuff! They also have other street/festival food like yaki-soba, onigiri, and excellent Japanese curried-rice! And it's cheap! You'll feel like you're back in Japan because the place is actually a Japanese market with a food counter inside, so while your waiting for your food (all cooked to order) you can browse this cozy little place and check out the groceries, gifts, and even cosmetics, all from Japan. Ever wonder why there's not many Japanese at your local sushi bar? They're all here! A fun, friendly place that even has Japanese TV via satellite dish. A bit of a challenge to find, but worth the hunt! Ask any Japanese person you know for directions!
