    Quaint place for amazing sushi!

This place may look small from the outside, but the food here is really good. The fish is very fresh and and the place is run by very nice people. I get a family feel everytime I come here. A south street must!

    Best sushi in town

Good food, good value and good price. I am a Korean. I do eat lot of Japanese food and I eat at lot of different sushi place. I find this restauant is small but the food is good. I would come back again.

    Not authentic, fresh or good.

I ordered salmon, hamachi and ikula sushi bad sushi rice. None of them were fresh like they said on other reviews then I'm very picky when it comes to sushi I'm from Tokyo . Miso soup... packages does better job. No dashi taste, poor and cheap miso. and ... Onigiri. I ordered this because I'm Japanese and I love my picnic food. I don't care if you are Chinese or Korean operating Japanese food as long as you get it right somehow... but news flash, you don't make them with sushi rice! Especially when you are being cheap and using rice flakes!(n and they aren't even good ones) They were not good. If you don't know what they really are, you think it's the waste of money. If you claim to own Japanese restaurant, at least know our food!!

    General Manage in NYL

Good food for small sushi restaurant, good price for the value you get and friendly people. I love it and I would bring my family to eat again.

    so good

this food is surprisingly really great despite the fact it looks small from the outside. the fish is fresh which is key when it comes to sushi. i would rather save a few bucks and eat here then go to raw and get the same tasting sushi. its banging go there

nice renovation and still great sushi

Very nice renovation.. looks very homey than before. I love their Maki House Special and the scorpion roll. Yum! The miso soup actually has a lot seaweed and tofu in it which I love. The also had a new drink menu, the avocado shake a must try!

    Small place but great sushi!

Although it may look unassuming from the outside, this place offers sushi at a great value and it tastes great! I would recommend it to anyone, especially since I get takeout from there at least once a week.
