Manakeesh: A Good Place To Eat At!
Manakeesh has great Lahm Bajeen, a Smoothie type drink, and some good looking desert. I like to eat there but i go once a while, but i do recommend this place to you! So when you go there tell them that I sent you there! Enjoy!

west philly's new shining star
i am a long-time west philly resident and i could not be happier that manakeesh has made it's home in this neighborhood. the lively atmosphere and interior beauty of this treasure is such a delight. the sweet turkish coffee is the perfect beverage for sipping while nibbling on a vast array of sweet treats including several varieties of honey-ed, pistachio-ed, succulent baklava. the falafal is really some of the best i've ever had and the manakeesh itself (traditional lebanese, flatbread sandwich, baked in an open flame) is the perfect dinner, snack, lunch or breakfast. the people here are friendly and accommodating which provides that warm neighborhood "feel". manakeesh has livened up our neighborhood...but even if you don't live in west philly...you need to come here. as soon as possible.
