Robbed!
A bagel with cream cheese, about a $2 premium over a plain bagel, came with virtually no cream cheese. Nice profit for the store. I felt robbed and will never go back.

Nice bagel shop
The coffee is great and the bagels are very good. The shop is clean; staff is pleasant. I like this shop!

Poor experience
The bagels aren't very good, and the guy who got my bagel for me had a massive head cold and was snorting and sneezing all over.

Not super
This chain gives you what you might expect-- okay bagels of okay size and taste. The problem, in my mind, is the sub-par prices, which have been hitched up for the city (I never really recall them this pricey at other locales). If in need of a quick bagel, it's okay. Not New York, and not the best, but okay.
