Uncooked food!
Ordered food for takeout at our office. received french fries that had not been cooked at all - and a sandwich that was slathered with the spiciest dijon mustard i've ever consumed. so much so that it couldn't be eaten. Poor service - the kid behind the counter just left our food behind the register and left me waiting for another 10 minutes before I walked up to ask if it was our order. Incredibly disappointing overall experience - will never return and suggest you all follow my lead. Maybe the other franchises are better, but this one is not good.

All Around Good Meal
I know when I walk into a Marathon (several locations) I am going to get a good meal and have plenty of choices. Atmosphere and service are hard to gauge based on multiple locations but the menu is solid. I don't mind paying an extra buck for a decent meal.

Poor experience
I ordered the Flounder platter, which came with fries, asparagus, and coleslaw. I hate mayo, so I asked for broccoli instead of coleslaw. "No problem" the waitress said. Comes back later to say broccoli isnt available. I opt instead for the mixed veggies. Comes back later to say those also arent available; all they have are mashed potatoes. The meal already comes with fries, but I reluctantly accept more potatoes. Then the meal comes out, and it's a sandwhich instead of a platter, and because its a sandwhich theres mayo on the flounder (remember, I asked to substitute the coleslaw cause I hate that vile substance). I got no fries, but I got the coleslaw I specifically requested not to have. I tell her it's not at all what I ordered, so she simply removes the bun and leaves me with cole slaw, cold asparagus, mashed potatoes that i was practically forced to order, and a flounder covered in mayo. I ate about 1/4 of the food, paid my bill, left no tip, and split. I'll never go back. The weird thing is: I love the new Marathon at 10th & Walnut. Go there all the time.
