Poor Customer Service!
Recently, I went to Maria's. The food is good but the service is bad. My card was charged twice and when I noticed this error, I called Maria's and spoke with the manager. He was argumentative and rude and tried to make me feel bad by responding "the server's pay will be deducted, are you ok with that?!" If he would have listened and provided me with alternatives, such as a gift card or free drinks,etc. I would have been at ease. However, the customer services was poor (server was nice, though)

Very relaxing.
Loved the food. Tuscan chicken and lasagna....delicioso! House montepulciano was very good. Service was timely, helpful and accurate. We have been here once before and were pleased. We plan to return.

Maria's
This is essentially a fairly nice place. The "Main Room" is where you want to sit...cleaner, better service, better atmosphere here...occassionally noisy, the side roon was nicer until they put in the "take out" beer and pizza section...too noisy...you can here everything from the kitchen, unkept, service poor, tables not set or attended to as well here... Main Room much better,...They have a nice little bar off of the Main entrance, value reasonable, has a nice TV there, sometimes noisy, a young staff that needs "polish"
