Fabulous
A co-worker of mine recommended this restaurant to me as a change from the norm. I took my Sister for her Birthday. It was more than we could have ever imagined. It was like stepping out of philadelphia and into another world. The services was great, the food was superb. The atmophere was relaxing and exciting all at the same time. My Sister enjoyed herself. She even danced with the Belly Dancers. With your family or for a romantic evening, this restarant is perfect in every way.

Incredible Experience!
This place is amazing... located right in the middle of the action on South St. (Just 1/2 a block off South St to be exact), Marrakesh is an authentic Moroccan restaurant. The food here is great and the servers are very friendly. Make sure to bring plenty of room for all seven courses, but you probably still won't fit it all in :) This is definitely not a place to go if you're in a hurry, so make sure to set aside the evening and take the time to soak in the experience! Bring cash, they don't take credit cards, and give yourself plenty of time to find a parking spot in the BUSY South St. area. Not to take away from the food, but the experience, ambiance, decor and most of all the performer was what did it for me. The bellydancing was one of the finest performances I've seen!!! What a place!
Wow, this place is so cool!! The atmosphere is extremely cozy and exotic. The staff is very profesisonal and friendly. They take their food very seriously and it shows. You get a ton of food for the money (considering the quality). A real gem- You have to go!

A really fun night
We have been here twice now, and both times we have really enjoyed our experience. This is a BYOB, so remember to pick up some wine on your way. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for something different. Also it is pretty cheap, around $30/pp for a fixed menu, 7 courses. This takes about 3 hours - so I feel like it is money very well spent. Also - they have a great vegetarian option as well. Come hungry!

New to Moroccan Food
I've never had Moroccan food and totally loved the food, the service and everything about this great and fun place to dine. Plan on three hours of great fun and food!
