I used to come to this place 3 times a week but I Havn't been to this place in over a year because I was pissed off about the food quality that dropped, they stopped posting their beer price, glass style, abv, make/model. I went back today to have a beer in their garden and their 4 dollar can beer didn't have the sales tax already rolled into the cost. My can of beer was $4.40. Where else do you see that? Your employee now gets a 60 cent tip. Maybe other people who still go here regularly don't care about these anomalies. I thought I was done with this place and now it's confirmed.

I love this place, though it has been very crowded lately. The food is priced well, they are great to their regulars and all the vegetarian good is awesome. Highly recommended!

The food there is actually pretty good, however our waitress was extremely rude. The waitress ignored us and even made some inappropiate commemts to a member of our party. We all could not belive it, the others in the party urged me not to tip (I did though). They should get rid of that lady and hire friendly staff, it wouldnt be too bad then.

This place is very good. All of the food that we have had over the years has been well thought out, tasty, well seasoned, and not over salted at all, i usually add salt. The fried pickles and rarebit are great. This place is a special find!

Great food, great beer, and even vegetarian/vegan options! I stopped in for lunch with my father a few weeks ago. I had the beef & onion pasties (perfect lunch portion) and he opted to go all out with the Port Richmond platter (everything but the kitchen sink). We were both EXTREMELY please with our meals and the craft beer options.

The food here is by no means perfect but definatley better than average "good" barfood and worthy of routine visits. Rarebit is sharp, warm, and tasty; pilsner wings are the best wings I have had, ploughman's lunch is fun with a friend, and the port Richmond platter is a great Philly twist on the Polish classic. Great, ever-changing beerlist as well!
