3 of us just went after a Phillies game. We all had different items. Nothing special.

I was really looking forward to having such a cool eatery that stays open late, close by, but I've been really disappointed with their food and service. The food is insanely salty (it screams SALT) and they use white bread for everything. A lot of deep fried food too. It just feels like you're eating something really unhealthy- fatty and salty. I will say their salads are usually spot-on, but they always take the salads I like off the menu. As far as service goes, it started out really well, but the last couple of times the waitress was really rude and unhelpful. Sad, because the owners seem like really nice people.

i was waiting very patiently for this place to open and i was very excited when it finally did. i went opening night and was ecstatic. i went back soon after and was disappointed by everything, but thought, ok, it's new, give it a while (yes, i am an optimist). it hasn't gotten any better and i can't believe more people aren't calling out the bartender/owner and his kitchen staff (and the loudest waitress ever). the food is not very good, from a runny seafood bisque to a small hamburger, to a boring, stacked caprese salad to a ho hum brunch. i wanted to like this place so badly and made so many excuses to friends who were dissing it, but it really isn't all that. the owner/bartender is not nearly humble enough and having a great beer list isn't enough of a stand out anymore. i still am on their mailing list and i want to give them another chance but don't know if i will. if the owners are reading this, please don't think that you've accomplished all that you wanted to!

my boyfriend & i love the memphis taproom. their menu is a surprising combination of tastes & textures which is consistently excellent. just reading the menu is exciting. and it changes seasonally. recently had the pumpkin curry stew which was fantastic. the suicide rings are always amazing. they also serve brunch which is quite good. and you can't forget about their awesome [select]ion of beers. belgians, seasonals, etc. i will issue a warning however: this isn't the place to go if you want crappy watered down miller or bud, or the usual bar fare that is prepared the same way everywhere. the service is always wonderful as well very friendly & engaging. the server jenn had a long conversation with us about the neighborhood when my boyfriend told her that he just bought a house in the area. the atmosphere is great too. kinda cozy but not congested, local artwork, just a great space. nice to see that the patrons vary as well. its a hipster place with lots of locals & families that go there as well. go to the memphis tap room. you won't be disappointed.

The owner is friendly and welcoming. They have have a great [select]ion of beer. The onion rings chic, ken wings, and nachos are exceptional. The other food is average to exceeds expectations. Dining room is comfortable if a bit loud. Try the cookie sandwiches. We keep coming back for more.

Good, upscale bar food...the wings are not the same old thing, and the fish and chips are great. Every dish has a bit of a twist that keeps even standbys from being same old, same old. Atmosphere is laid back I was perfectly comfortable bringing my teenage daughter in for a meal.
