Best sandwiches in South Philly!
I've been a customer of Mi-Pals for the last 4 years and have repeatedly been impressed with their food! The hoagies are huge and will definitely feed two people. These are not your average sandwich that is covered in mayo and shredded lettuce on soggy bread. Everything is always very fresh, and the rolls are nice and crunchy on the outside with a soft, dense inside. The Grilled Chicken with broccoli rabe, roasted peppers & sharp provolone is one of my favorites. It can get a little busy in there, but you never wait too long. If you're worried, call ahead - they've always have had my food ready to go when they said they would. I just wish they were open until 7pm instead of 6pm - to make it easier to grab dinner there after work. I have recommended Mi-Pals to several friends and they were not disappointed.
