I've never been disapointed or ever felt i've been chased out of this place. I haven't been there lately , but the service and food were quite good and they've hqad early bird specials later than most restaurants I know of.

Hi, anyone who goes to this place and says the food or the service is poor is just one of the many problem customers ive seen there. The wait staff is awesome, i know each one by name.

I've been going to Michael's since it opened... all these negative reviews are pure ignorance. And the comment about "didn't speak English" sounds like a person who is just plain racist as I've never encountered this problem, yes there are people who work that originally from other countries.... but this is America! That just irks me. I've been treated kindly, management is always on top of things and honestly the food is darn good and at reasonable prices.

The wait staff (those that spoke english) weren't very reliable. Ask for one thing, get another. The prices are cheap, but here, you get what you pay for. Expect very little if you make this choice.

The food has always been good every time I go. The salad bar also has a large selection and great quality. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Had brought a group of relatives and were asked if we were done after we were there just an hour as they had more people waiting in the lobby. When we said we would be another 1/2 hour or so were told we just caused them to lose business because they had no room for people that were waiting. How terrible ... especially since we had been going there for years, told many people about the restaurant and then were treated in this way. There were plenty of people there longer than us and I didn't know that when you went in a restaurant you were told how long you could stay. Thank goodness, the wonderful waiter we had made up for some of it. Terribly disappointed in the demeanor and attitutes of several of the employees! Perhaps they should remember who pays their salaries ... the public!

First off, this place is located in the heart of Bensalem... easy access from Route 1 or 95 and right on Street Road. Friendly staff that is more than happy to accomodate large parties, great food, and they have an early bird menu that is til 9PM every day.... The menu comes with the meal of course, full service salad bar, soup, beverage, and desert.. with prices starting at 6.95... What more can you ask for. This place is definetely worth a try... it's A+ on my list.
