Very Good Food For The Money
Michael's has good portions and good quality for the money.They have an experienced staff. Always a good crowd but very seldom overcrowded. From time you order to delivery of food is efficient. Good nightly specials displayed for all to see. Go there often.

Good Food Better Service
I love this place, a large group of approximately 20 of us show up every Friday. The service is fantastic our waiter is friendly, helpful and really on the ball. Never had a problem with the food it is good wholesome food and plenty of it. The coffee keeps coming. I was surprised to see some negative reviews it is not the ritz but is good food, great service and it is easy to find with gconvenient parking.

Good meal, fast, packed house
4 of us stopped in for dinner -- it was a busy Saturday night. Minor issue with our food, management was on top of it and corrected pretty quick especially since how busy they were. Definetely not your average diner!

Almost self-service
Went on a Tuesday night, not busy for sure, arrived just before 7 p.m. had a crappy waitress, didn't ask husband if he wanted soup or salad bar, just assumed. Asked for a refill when she brought the entree, didn't receive it the end of the meal when I almost choked, on the so-called tom turkey, with the yellowest gravy? I have ever seen. Cashier/hostess didn't even ask how everything was, obviously don't care. Did ask if I'd like to add my tip to the bill. NO!

Nightmare of a Meal and I'll never go back
Once again, the vaccuum cleaner found it's way next to me, when I was eating my meal...this time at 4:30 P.M...told the manager was rude and laughed alond with another waiter ...I have always found this restaurant to be convenient but not of any quality...I have never been treated so poorly...the manager ran and would not come near me when I was leaving...this place is a Nightmare and save yourself grief...go somewhere else..no wonder it was empty at dinner time..now I know....

Great diner, awesome salad bar
Honestly really have always been turned off by salad bar --- but Michael's in Bensalem had the best salad bar I've ever seen. Not sure what these other nonsense reviews are about. The place was cleaner than most chains too! Decor is a bit older, but it is a diner and a good one at that.

what a disappointment
you get a lot of food for your money, but it is not good. there is very little flavor, and totally not worth the trip. i would NOT recommend it. the carpets are old looking and dirty. salad bar too. dont waste you time. or your money
