That was good
New to town, just had the Beast! I'll be back - everything was fresh, but the AC must be broken cause it was too hot - other than that exactly what I needed for lunch.

The Beast is the best!
"Milk and Honey" is a restaurant/deli that's relatively new to our University City neighborhood. It's got very fresh produce and wonderful meats, cheeses and breads if you want to do it yourself. (But don't look for bargains here!) You could eat there either at their inside tables or sit outside and watch Baltimore Avenue travel past you. The Caprese Panini is wonderful. I LOVE the Beast, a roast beef sandwich with a great spicy mayo. The chicken salad is very popular and often sold out. I found it rather dry; ask for mayo or mustard on the side. Give this place a try. I would suggest that you give a pass on the ice cream which is fine but overpriced for the quality.
